Ordering Procedures
Step 1: Please email us costumes photos or send us samples you required.
Step 2: We will provide quotations and please confirm it by return.
Step 3. Confirm your Purchase Order ( Color, size, and quantity) with us.
Step 4. Our design team will start proceeding to your order according to our factory S.O.P
-We will send you the sketch of the costumes design for your reference and please confirm it by return.
-Please confirm the Drapery.
Step 5. Our production time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks after you confirm the sketch and drapery.
Step 6. Please arrange your payment before delivery. We will ship your order according to the copy receipt of payment information.
Step 7. Send out your order via International Express. (UPS, DHL, or Fedex)

For our Basic TuTu or individuals costumes, we can make the delivery earlier. If you have any question or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
